IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR GREEK NOVA SATELLITE
Dear Customer,
Your satellite system is important to your business. It provides you with a large amount of live football at an affordable price.
As you are aware, SKY, Media Protection Services and the F.A. Premier League cannot take you to court or legally stop you using your system.
Despite the fact that they cannot legally stop you using it, they are now trying and using dirty tricks to stop you benefiting from your system.
You and your staff need to be aware of the following:

Group 4 Security have been employed to call into pubs claiming they have the authority to ‘inspect and be granted access to your Greek Nova satellite card.’ The purpose of this is to make your system switch off. They can only do this, however if they have your card number.
Greek Nova, SKY, Media Protection Services and the F.A. Premier League know they cannot enforce their contractual restrictions through the UK courts while the test cases are pending before the European Court. It appears they have resorted to using a private uniformed army to bully and frighten honest publicans into handing over information to which they are not entitled.
You are legally entitled to refuse Group 4 Security access to any information regarding any satellite system on your premises.
Please ensure your staff are trained and educated to deal with this accordingly.

Another way they are attempting to obtain your satellite card number is by periodically displaying your card number on the screen. (Your card number for your information is on the back of your card, begins with a 4 and has 11 digits).
They employ Group 4 Security, uniformed and plain clothed together with plain clothed snoops to be in your pub on match days, attempting to obtain your card numbers off the screen. If they get your number, your card will then be switched off.
Please advise your staff to be aware of any such characters, photographing your screen or writing down your number. Better still you can change the display style of your television to that the full number is excluded from the picture. You may also wish to put tape over the part of the screen displaying the number.
This is a genuine threat to a system that benefits your livelihood. Please take it seriously. Please get your staff to help you to fight these dirty tricks and protect your satellite card.
